Procerus: raises the eyebrows and frowns
Corrugator Superficialis: frowns and draws eyebrows together
Zygomaticus Major: smiles and raises the corners of the mouth
Zygomaticus Minor: raises the corners of the mouth
Buccinator: compresses the cheek and helps in blowing
Risorius: smiles and draws the corner of the mouth laterally
Platysma: draws the skin of the neck and face downwards
Levator Labii Superioris: raises the upper lip
Levator Labii Superioris Alaeque Nasi: raises the upper lip and nasal alae
Depressor Anguli Oris: depresses the angle of the mouth
Depressor Labii Inferioris: depresses the lower lip
Levator Anguli Oris: raises the angle of the mouth
Orbicularis Oris: closes the mouth and purses the lips

Arterial Supply
Facial Artery: arises from the external carotid artery and supplies the face
Maxillary Artery: arises from the external carotid artery and supplies the mid-face
Mandibular Artery: arises from the external carotid artery and supplies the lower face
Venous Drainage
Facial Veins: drain into the external jugular vein and internal jugular vein
Nerve Supply
Facial Nerve: arises from the brainstem and supplies the muscles of facial expression
Trigeminal Nerve: supplies the skin and muscles of the face
Occulomotor Nerve: supplies the muscles of the eye
