Definition
A tropical ulcer is a type of skin infection caused by bacterial or parasitic infection. Causes / Etiology

Pathology
Step 1 β Bacterial or parasitic infection enters the skin through a wound or cut. Step 2 β The infection causes an inflammatory response, leading to the formation of a ulcer. Step 3 β The ulcer becomes infected with bacteria or parasites, leading to the production of pus and a foul odor. Step 4 β The infection can spread to other parts of the body, leading to systemic complications. -
