Special Precautions during CT of One Sided Disease • One sided diseases are those chronic dises & present with only one or two principal Symptoms , obscuring almost all others . • One should note that sometimes due to lack of observation on the part of the physician & as well as the pt , the dised is made one - sided . • Therefore , only after a careful examination of the pt this term may be applied with full discretion . • When a dises actually presents with few symp , the available Symp are to be taken into account for the selection of a remedy . • The changes after administration of this remedy should be observed carefully & in the subsequent visits of the pt if a further medicine should be selected based on the available totality . • In one sided case , the case taking does not end at one sitting but it requires detailed inquiry at each subsequent visit . • These successive re-examinations of the pt & successive administration of most Suitable Homeopathic remedies are to be continued till health is restored completely . • In fact , it is observed in practice that the individualized system of examination of pt suggested by Hahnemann is the most suitable method for knowing the constitution of a person with his miasmatic background . • In one-sided cases , treatment can be started with anti-miasmatic or constitutional medicines .
